Welcome and thank you for visiting Rye Beach Treats! My name is Lilie, I am a local high school student in Rye, NH. I started this little business to show my love of baking to my friends, family and community. My love of baking and cooking came from my mom. She has taught me almost everything I know about baking and cooking. My family is a big food family, my family and most of my extended family are really good cooks and bakers. If they don't cook or bake they are usually very good at finding good food! Below are pictures of some of my friends and family who like to help me out! Anyways, enough about me. My mom and dad: They have been incredibly supportive and helpful! They've been teaching me out how to price stuff and what I should do to improve. My dad is an IT guy (www.seabreezesolutions.com) so he helped me get the software for building this website! He has taught me almost everything I know about computers! Both my mom and dad are incredible cooks and bakers so I've learned a lot from them! Addie: Addie is my younger sister. She's a middle school student and just graduated from the elementary school. She almost always helps out and she's amazing! She's made my birthday cake when I wasn't around or too busy to make it. She helped me on fondant emoji and minion toppers. She's an excellent worker! (She's outside by where we were tapping our Maple trees to get sap for syrup.)Mia and Kate: These are two of my best friends, they're the greatest! They are also amazing bakers on their own but when we all work together, magic happens. Mia does incredible fondant work and is very patient with me when we are getting down to the wire. Kate is really good at the baking part but she is just a really Well rounded baker! Great things happen when we all work together! Mia helped me with the duck cupcakes which are on the cupcake page. She's helped me with many other things like pies, cookies, cakes, etc. I made her younger sister birthday cake! Kate has helped me out at all of my fundraising events that include loads of baking! They are amazing and I'm so happy I have them to work with! (We are at our awards ceremony.)
