IMG_20160303_184105Birthday Cake: Lemon pound cake in a bunt pan with vanilla royal icing drizzled on top. Chocolate pearls around the edges and on the top. Some nonpareil sprinkles on top as well! Made for my birthday! (Made on March 3, 2016)

IMG_20151219_181230 (1)Bûche de noël: A classic French Christmas cake. Thin vanilla cake baked on a sheet cake pan, rolled around a chocolate mousse type filling. Creamy chocolate frosting on the outside and texture was added by brushing a fork across it to make the grain. Little chocolate pearls added around the cake and edible gel decals in fun colors! Made for my French class. (Made on December 19, 2015)

IMG_4971Birthday Cake: A lemon pound cake baked in a bunt pan. Vanilla buttercream piped in stripes with little stars. Happy Birthday was piped around the cake. A classic present bow was attached in the middle for a fun touch! Made for my friend's birthday! (Made on November 23+24, 2015)

IMG_4837IMG_4829Wedding Cake: A two layer cake, the first layer is lemon and the second is vanilla. Frosted with vanilla buttercream, mini bunt cakes top off the cake as a "third layer." Nonpareils and pink candy heart decorations. Fresh flowers from our garden. Made for my cousin's wedding! (Made September 11+12, 2015)
